DIY slider inspiration

Here are some pictures of some sliders that were custom fabbed. I had them done at a guy's shop. He did most of the work, but I was there helping and telling him how I wanted things done as we went along. PRO-TIP: If you have fender flares/cladding (like on a Limited), make sure the rear door clears the slider...the cladding back there is part of the door, not a fender flare.:frusty:

Here are some pics. The paint was just Rustoleum Hammered Silver Paint/Primer (link) and I think it matches pretty well.
