So $245 delivered via airmail. 2.5 days shipping from taiwan to philadelphia pa. ordered on thurdsday afternoon. shipped out within the 1-3 day quote they gave me. so it went out monday and was at taiwan airport @ 8pm monday night. i got it thursday morning!!

Old wheel before i took it off. So you can see what i started with and what we ended up with.
Disclaimer: You do this at your own risk, these are my pictures and i know what the hell i am doing. If your dumb ass blows open the airbag some how, dont blame me. If you think you will do that, go pay someone like me to install it for you. Stop being a cheap bastard, if you are a cheap bastard...You assume all responsibility if something is messed up, NOT ME!!
Ok back with the poictures again...
Pop off the two covers that cover the torx bolt to get the airbag off. there is one on each side of the wheel . Approx 830 and 330 position.
Its a Snap On T30 Torx. Use a good quality torx, this is NOT one of those things you want to strip getting it off. Really Really not fun when it does happen, what if it does and it could if it was on there tight!

Ok with the airbag out you will see two connectors for the airbag. orange goes to orange. black to black. you need to pry the yellow clip up to release the two airbag connectors.

Disconnect this connector that for the steering wheel controls and cruise that go into the clock spring
what it looks like when the connector is out
Now the wheel is tilted to the left a little because i took the steering wheel bolt off and LOCKED the steering column. i took this picture as reference for me to see where the wheel was before i put everything back together.
Steering bolt is a 19mm.
The fun part. You should use a steering wheel puller. I dont have one, i used good old fashion muscle, yes i work out LOL hahaha. easiest way i found to get it off was, pull on the top towards you, then pull on the bottom towards you. rinse and repeat. basically wiggling it off. wiggle it, just a little bit remember that 80's song LOL
here is the back of the factory wheel. why you need to see it? i dont know but here it is.
Just in case, I tested to see if the splines lined up with the new wheel and my truck. It does indeed, i was getting happy now.

Time to disassemble the OEM steerign wheel controls.
unclip the wire from the cruise contral stalk
top two screws in the next picture is what holds the rear of the steering wheel cover on. also NOTE on the bottom left and right is how the bottom of the cover is CLIPPED on. i will point to it in the next picture after that.
rear cover taken off
now with the two wheels stripped down is the real comparison. all these shits are to make sure everything lines up as the stock one. factory on top of the aftermarket one in all the pictures
testing if the airbag works with it.
ok, aftermarket is not 100 perfect. you need to trim off the excess foam around the bottom two spokes especially. this is where the rear cover clips onto. you dont trim it, the rear cover will come off and rub on the ignition cover.
picture of the controls back on and look at the borttom left and right is where i trimmed off excess foam so the rear cover can clip back on nicely.
Airbag complete on the stool, so sexy

I have a trick I figured out about the clock spring and how to reset it to straight ahead.
I foresee a lot of these steering wheels being purchased soon! Also is it me or is the new one a smaller diameter?

This picture makes it look like the stock steering wheel is larger in diameter.
Is the Lexus one smaller??

The Camry wheel would fit too I believe. I got my replacement steering wheel controls from a camry
