Do you leave your awning/canopy on???

After installing my ARB canopy/awning to my frontrunner, I am seriously considering leaving it on.. the truck will get driven 2-3 times a week at the most, and the awning may only get used when camping or at a open beach, but putting that thing on and off would be a PITA every once and again....

Since the truck stays outside, not sure what the sun will do to the zipper bag over the months and years..

If you have one, do you leave it on, or install every time..

Mine stays on. It's not my daily driver, not that I have any place to drive on a daily basis. But I recently did a 16 hour round trip drive, left it on and didn't even notice it. Also leave it on when going through touchless car wash.

Only difference is that I have another brand (black) and mine lives under roof.

I use Fourtrek Mounts so I remove my awning when I am not using it. I agree it is a PITA to get on by yourself but I don't want to risk someone stealing it.

I take mine off over the winter but usually leave it on from spring-fall.
