I posted a thread warning people of what I think is a scam.
It is apparently a scam website that offers all sorts of merchandise at impossibly low prices. The merchandise covers all sorts of things, from animals to Dobinsons products.
The site changes name but not appearance.
So my joking at the start of the post here was to alert you to that site's existence.

I'm going to order this combo for my 2015 TRD PRO:
1) Front Springs: C59-314 - 80-150LBS medium load front weight, 2" lift. 405/405mm, 17mm wire, 586LB or these same coils will give 2.5" with light front accessory weight of 50-80LBS, or 3" of lift with no front accessory weight.
2) Rear Springs: C59-327 - 200-400LB heavy rear load weight, 2" lift. 410/410mm, 18mm wire, 271LB
3) Front Strut: GS59-700 - Twin Tube, fixed mount (not adjustable), suits 0-2.5" lift (21.3" extended length), can be used on stock height or lifted vehicle, use with OE or aftermarket coils, coil seat mount same as OE
4) Rear Shock: GS59-701 - Twin Tube, suits 0-2.5" lift. 605mm extended, 362mm compressed
My front end already has armor on it so it will be a good fit. However, my back end doesn't have metal rear bumper w/ spare yet but will have it by the middle of 2020. Do you recommend I wait until I install a metal rear bumper w/spare before I install the rear springs? I don't want to buy a set of springs now just to buy a set next year; I also don't want to ride around in an unsafe vehicle.

It's not ideal to run heavier coils for more than a year, but you can do it. The difference between C59-325 and C59-327 isn't huge, so it will be ok. You'll just end with more lift and a firmer ride that what is intended until you add the extra weight.
I've also seen guys say the same thing before, then a few months later they sell their ride!! hahaha

I'll just wait to install the springs/coils until I get the armor ordered. I tend to keep my vehicles for 8+ years so I may be the exception :high5: Thanks for your time!
I have a question about alignment on a 201p9 TRD ORP after installing a 300/700 - 599/705 combo.
A buddy and I installed it ourselves but I’m having problems finding a shop to do the alignment. I’ve had 2 shops tell me they don’t have 2019MY specs.
I assume the specs haven’t changed over the years.. I told the last shop to go with the latest specs they have, 2016MY. They came back and said they wouldn’t do it.
Next stop will be the dealer....

Just tell them it's a 17 or 18, they're the same. They probably haven't updated the software, but the trucks haven't changed. 16 should be the same too as far as I'm aware

I'd just take it to a dealer if you've got a good local one.
Just installed this past weekend on wife's 19' SR5P (w/third row)
Front: C59-302/GS59-700 w/ Camburg BJ UCA
Rear: C59-505/GS59-705
Tires: BFG K02 275/70/17
Wheels: Method MR306 17 x 8.5 4.75bs
Only have about 100 miles on this setup but so far so good! Top pic is with stock suspension.

After not being able to find a local shop that was willing to do the alignment, I took it to the dealership. Luckily they weren't much more expensive than the independent shops.
I wanted to thank Mike for his great customer service and recommending which parts I should order to achieve exactly what I was looking for.... mild lift, maintain 265 tires, and better performance on and off road.
The ride is so much better that my wife even noticed the difference.. and she normally only cares about how fast cars go.
I'm running 265 Falken Wild Peaks and have SSO sliders...

Mike said the 300 coils would give 2 inches in the front. I didn't do any measuring before the installation but after the install I have 21.5in from the center of the hub to the bottom of the wheel arch, both sides.
The 599 coils in the rear are supposed to give an in of lift. The after install measurement is 23in on the driver side and 23.25in on the passenger.

That's exactly where it should be too. Fronts vary from 19 to 19.5" in the front and rears are usually 22" from the factory

I sang the praises of C59-238 earlier in relation to a few hundred miles of desert terrain.
Today, we re-drove Broken Arrow, AZ's premier slickrock trail, which we first drove when the 4R was 1 month old a year ago.
I did not notice then but with the 238s up front now when the stock rear goes down steps and bigger rocks, it feels like a Costco-sized bag of potatoes dropping off the rock. The front is unnoticeable as the 238s, as previously mentioned, eliminated the front's tendency to dive on the first taller rock it can find.
Mike, will you be at Overland Expo West? I am not into that kind of stuff, but I want to show the kids and it would be fun to meet you there and see some MRRs in person.

Do the Dobinsons shocks have a "break-in" period where it get less firm?
I had Bilstein 5100's but I hated the firm ride, and I just put on Dobinsons shocks front and back (already had the coils) - and I think there is a minimal difference. I thought it would be a bigger difference, due to switching from mono to twin tube, and also just b/c Bilstein's were noted to be firm by many...
(Note - only driven a few miles around the neighborhood and nothing too crazy yet...)
