You are correct. Not in the manual, either the PDF version nor the paper back. Did a google search and found this.

I then searched this forum as suggested and found two PDF's regarding the dealer customizable options using the Techstream process. The second one from nashman mentions "units of display" but only mentions Kph vs Mph etc. So I suspect its a general change. If the dealer changes to MPH read out to Kph, then your temp will change from F to C. I think!

Before I did the search, I went out to my truck and played with the mode button etc. Could not change it myself. But in the semi dark of the garage and the brightness of the display, I did see the C imprinted on he LCD board just above the illuminated F. So it's there, we just cant change it.
