Haha! Damn you! I just read that entire thread. I thought I was finally going to get away from reading another pointless thread. Yet, here I am, reading all 3 pages of it!

No clue... Mine didn't. According the the notes I have taken for the last 10 months while I've built, rebuilt, and ran my rig, I had .4" drivers side lean on even floor with a full tank of fuel, even tire pressure and no occupants.

No Phil, actually several people had major OCD issues with that and now my PM box is full of hate mail. I've been up all night trying to answer all these messages and unfortunately won't be able to find the time now to modify that previous post and simplify any fractions.

In my industry (aerospace) we take everything out to 1 thou. You wanna talk OCD hahaha. Soooo my front fender height is exactly 37.377. EXACTLY. ::nerd:

What was the ambient temp when measured lol. We have some components measured down to the ten thousandth and the fit is hand selected for best possible match. Yep, OCD for sure.

But in all seriousness, when I measure things, including my ride height, I do tend to take things out 3 decimal points... force of habit! I was helping a buddy with some spacer pucks for a spare tire mount. He got a kick out of me turning his spacer pucks to 1.250" +/- .010" on the lathe when they could have probably been saw cut my hand and sanded on a belt sander to "eyball" tolerance and been fine. OCD for sure!

Adjust front CO's too much?
Mine seems to lean more (dirver side) these days...or maybe I am just noticing it more...I am just over a half inch higher on the passenger side front and back.
My Icon CO's are already adjusted very differently...my front driver side CO is about 1/2 of an inch more jacked up than the passenger side CO, but it seems to not affect the overall lean. Is it a bad idea to adjust my CO's EVEN MORE by lowering the passenger CO only? I am getting ready to slightly lower them anyways due to always having so much weight in the rear, and pulling trailer a lot. Also, can any alignment settings affect the lean? Thanks.

The lean is a common problem on the fourth gens and fjs. As odd as it sounds, if you have 1/2" lean on one side you need a 1" spacer (or a custom coil spring that's 1" longer) to compensate. The excessive compensation is because the springs sit forward of the axle. Hence, you need more than 1/2 of additional lift on the low side to compensate for the lean. Trust me, I've tried it with both solutions, spacer and finally custom coils. If you search in the 4th gen forum you'll see a couple of great write ups on the correct solution and the logic behind it. Sorry I don't have the links handy.
