So i ordered a pair of SAW Coils from Mudflapscom.
Sway-a-way 102-1575-195 Coil Spring - Sway-A-Way
It was dropped shipped from SAW, but I only received one coil. When I called Mudflaps, they try to tell me that the listing was for only one coil, and that the website was incorrect. I told them there is no way in hell that it would cost $225 for a single coil. The lady said the only thing she could do was send me a return label or sell me another coil for $225!
Well I called SAW and told them what happened. SAW is saying that the PO that they received from Mudflaps indicated only one coil and thats why they shipped only one. I received a copy of a PO in the package and it does indicate only one coil. They contacted Mudflaps and are waiting to receive another PO from them so that they can ship another one out to me. They told me that if i don't hear back from Mudflaps by tomorrow morning, they would go ahead and send another one so I don't have to wait any longer and that they would get it straighten out with Mudflaps later.
Mudflaps messed up and didn't get the order correct to SAW and the fact that they tried to cover it up by telling me that the price was for only one coil really pisses me off. At least SAW is saying that they will take care of me regardless because its their product.
In looking at Mudflaps Facebook page, there are several bad reviews. Wish I would have read it first and I would have ordered direct from SAW.
