Door locks acting up!

I just started having the same issue...on top of a couple other electronic issues. How have they not recalled this yet? It seems there are enough people experiencing it multiple times.

Me too, front passenger door, 2011 Limited. Manually locking and unlocking the door from the inside over and over again seems to get it unstuck and it's been working fine again. Fingers crossed.

I need some help! My wife's 2013 4-runner when you hit the lock button the key it locks the doors twice but doesn't honk the horn? Also when driving it locks the door twice vs once like it use to. Any idea what this might be?

Chances are the truck only needs a Main Body ECU compu network RESET. It's simple to do yourself. The computers that run your accessories occasionally (Just like windows laptops) need a reboot. To do it simply disconnect the NEG battery cable for a minimum of four hours and then reconnect, and you're done! NOTICE: if you don't wait the full current drain time then it will not work and you'll have to do it again; I always do mine when I know I'm in for the night to avoid any inconvenience!
