Pulled the 3rd, cleaned everything out, and made a drain plug in the rear axle. Fun times, now I don't have to pull the 3rd to change the gear oil every time.

Went to Gold Lake this weekend with Jon and a couple of his AF friends. I think I ended up taking more pictures of the lake than of wheeling. [MENTION=56529]Jon[/MENTION] has a couple videos though, hopefully he'll post em this week.
Besides Jon and myself, there was a 09 longbed taco with us. Great guys, had a lot of fun!
Jon's dog came running up with a fresh deer leg...
So we had to burn it because he wouldn't leave it alone lol

Our neighbors had a nice fire...
So the only photos I got were of the last bit of the trail, where I had tons of trouble when I was still IFS. Now the 4runner just walks right up it, but the tacoma was stuck for a good 2 hours high centered on his sliders, then on his diff, and after countless rocks stacked and me trying to pull him up, I finally got a good pull and got him up and over.
His front bumper is completely gone and ripped off.

I just put my Boxer down last Tuesday and being around Jon's Boxer this weekend, I now am kicking around the idea of getting another Boxer puppy lol maybe in the next few months.

Sorry to hear about your dog Rob, it's devistating. Dog's rule, I will never not have one. I vote you get another for sure!
Hahah those pics of Jons dog are hilarious. So much character. My boxer/mastiff/pitbull sits in my front seat exactly like the last photo you posted. Hell, he even brought me a deer leg when I was wheeling last spring, although it was from the thigh down! Ohhh they make me laugh.

Definitely! It's really nice up here and everything is pretty close.
I'll be getting another one, just a matter of time.
Hahaha we couldn't find the dead deer, though we didn't look too hard.. and after the deer leg he started bringing back intestines LOL.
I'll be on the lookout for a good boxer breeder up here. The one I just put down was 100% and lived to be almost 15 which is an insane lifespan. I've had five and none of them lived past 12. He was so old and ready to go. He was dead from the sedation before the euthanasia. All's well that end's well! He was a great dog, but life is life. Got him buried out back. Now I just need to get some cash together to afford the next one lol.

lol We kept telling him he needs to chop the bed and move the rear axle forward a foot. He has some nice bamf sliders that were put to good use. That truck is waaaayyyy too long. But we all had a blast and he pushed through it all. Just cosmetic damage, luckily he didn't break anything.

No more bumper. Not sure what he's decided on for a front bumper yet, but I'm sure it will be nice.
