Yeah I might not even touch the right height right now since I'm throwing the 35's back on. Since those sweet 37's aren't mine :moping:

Truck is driving!

Took about 3 hours to bleed the brakes. Standard method no worky, so we gravity bled the MC and the ABS module a couple times, then vacuum bled the rear brakes, then we bled some other shit. Then since we were bleeding so many things we just bled everything everywhere around us.

BUT, I now have brakes. And I achieved non-mushy pedal the minute I had to leave for a 3 hour class. Tomorrow morning we'll charge the coilovers, grind the rear panhard mount and maybe put the cat back on...probably. Then I can drive it around town.

All that will be left is getting the front driveshaft in and gusseting the coilover towers.

Honestly and people wonder why I hate doing brake jobs.

Ha ha finger tip or something huh??? Quoting 40 year old virgin huh???

Have you seen the UG of TW yet??? ;)

If your ABS system is like mine all you gotta do is turn the key on, hold the pedal down and crack the bleeder...the system will do the pumping for you

Mine must be different because that's what my friend did in his 2000 and his worked no problem. Took him like 20 min.

I pushed the pedal down for every line we cracked on the ABS module to push through whatever air was in there. It helped, but not enough. At least we finally got it working though.

All I did was measure he length I needed at full droop (which was an extra 2 feet), so I bought 2 lines just a little longer (to be safe) of stainless line - BUT factor in the length of your fittings too, so in the end the new line with both fittings attached was 26". One end has a ford fitting and the other end has a toyota fitting. Then you'll need the tabs. I used 2 of each on both sides to get it snug. You can see in the pic where the stainless line bolts to the stock toyota line on the frame. I bought two of the mounts, one will be welded to the frame about where it sits in the pic, then the other will be welded to the axle to keep it out of the way of the coilover. Then you can see the shim in there too, I used one on each mount. You can see I took a hammer to the mount/tab I that was in my hand to flatten it. Whatever works best. All in all it was around $70.

So you bought 2 peaces of stainless line and then a toyota fitting and a ford fitting and put it together yourself? Where did you buy your lines and fittings?

Yup, I bought them at a shop across the street called Pettersons. I'll find the receipt for you and look at the fitting sizes.

Took it for a spin and got it home today!

Tried to put the stock cat back in... not happening. So I went to autozone and got an aftermarket cat that will supposedy pass cali smog. It's much smaller and fit great. I cut the piping and flange off at the cat and flared the piping to slide onto the new cat and had my buddy weld it up. Plugged the front o2 sensor in. The exhaust is not hooked up... it's frigging loud and annoying.

The steering box is leaking like crazy... bad gasket. My friend who gave me the box is going to fix it. Steering is a little shaky because the box is bad. Otherwise this thing is stout!

I'm going to drive it over the weekend and make sure everything else is gravy.

Frame height is 25"

Still to do:

Gusset the crap out of everything
Get front driveshaft in
Fix IFS box or get a different one
Hook up exhaust
Wire VSS to speedometer
Put on wheel spacers (Tuesday)

So the receipt says:

(2) 24" -3 ST/ST Brake Line
(1 pair) -3 to 3/8-24 INF/PR
(1 pair) -3 to 10x1 ISO FEM/PR

So they are -3 fittings, 3/8" (in).. I don't know what the 10x1 ISO female end is. Maybe you can decipher that, you might know more than I do on this stuff.

It would just be an M10x1 female. Standard female end used by Toyota and most other imports
