It's been a while since I've posted simply because I haven't had any problems. Anyways My rear end is leaking from the pinion seal and When i took it off the shop was telling me I need a quick sleeve ( they said flange was wore a little) but none of the parts store knew what I was talking about, and I can't find it online. I bought new U-joints, pinion seal, gear oil, I just need this "quick sleeve" so I can finish. Also the back of my transmission is leaking. So I was wandering If you guys could link a picture (diagram) or send a link. Because I've wasted about 25 minutes trying to find one...It's not the rear seal on the trans either. UGH, I should have taken pictures to show. But I didn't even think about it

But here's one I found online to try and help.

Just let me know what parts I will need so I can get them all at one time instead of waiting on piece by piece. Thanks!!

Your info is a bit confusing, friend--that's a transfer case in the picture. So is your transfer case rear cover leaking, instead of the tranny? I would give someone like Marlin Crawler a call about these if you don't get a definite answer on here--those guys know hardware, and would have whatever part you need.

where exactly is the t case leaking. is it leaking where the dust shield is or just down the center where the nut is? if its leaking at the dust shield, you need a new seal. if its leaking in the center where the nut is. take the nut off than the washer behind it. put some toyota red silcone on the washer and put the washer back on and torque the nut to spec. spec is 87 foot lbs. i just go 90-100.

the t case seal. i wanna say its called the t case tail housing rear seal

dont know what your talking about a quick sleeve. i think i know what it is for but i dont see why you need it. i bet the rear pinon bearing is worn out and thats why there is play
