I had a pair of LED's (9006) in my 2004. They didn't do diddle squat as far as light out put. I think they were 3W's each. Stick with OEM's or a 3000K HID kit.

ooh naw, im talkin about the turn signals & DRLS on the 06 are diff from the 04. i already got 12K hids for low beam and fog, but i just didnt like the amber DRLs always on when im driving in the day

I tried some 1156A LED's but quickly removed them. I don't remember the brand. The reason I took them out was they needed some type of dummy load installed to prevent rapid, unusable blinker operation. I never pursued it after that. Know that you will need to add a load...

A straight 1156 is white. I think there's a Silverstar 1156, that may look cool. I know there's a Silverstar amber. I passed on that option; I could part with $12 for two bulbs...

try looking at led switchback bulbs they have the same thing that you want them to do they will flash amber when turn signals are ignited but stay white when you are in drl

Wow. I have to assume you don't care not being able to see in dark, foul weather. 5000K sucks under those conditions, IMO. But 12K? Not for me but to each his own, I suppose.
