DRL Question

Ive got a 2008 model that didnt come with DRLs. The turn signal lights on the shrockworks bumper havr never been hooked up. Anyone know how I can power these up as DRLs? I dont necesarily need these to function as turn signals? I figure I'll need some kind of relay, any guidance is welcome. Thanks

The DRL function can be activated via the Techstream Scantool, that being said, you'd have to turn the DRL function on and then trace the wiring for it to hook up to your lights.
