I have a 97 4Runner... Today when I unplugged my cell phone charger from the cigarette lighter adapter, it pulled the whole thing out...
Yep, I mean it pulled the cigarette lighter adapter components out of the dash...
It seems the cigarette lighter adapter consists a few components -- a metal tube, a plastic hood, and a back hood. They are kind of designed to snap all together by positioning in certain positions...
If I've lost you, that's right, because I have all these component in my hands, and I am lost myself on how to put them back and in the dash board...
Anyone has experience (or better, a diagram) on how this thingy work?
