I would not advise you considering this company. They quoted me a price twice to install my lift and when I drove hours to get to them and then hours back home, they called me and informed me
that it will cost more because they only thought they were installing the front suspension.
If you are in the Northeast please don't use this "company".
I sent them an email with a link to my suspension kit and asked how much to install?
They said $474 plus $125 for front end alighment.
I replied to that email a few weeks later with the install instructions attached (front and rear) (Radflow 2.5" kit) and for them to let me know if they can schedule me for the weekend.
They called me and we worked out the times.
After dropping my truck off (1.5 hours each way) (and having my GF pick me up, pulled teeth to get that done) My thought was "sweet I can pick my truck up
in the morning and my lift is on... . onward to new wheels / tires."
Well I get a call 5 hours later and they tell me there's no way they can do it for that much.
The lift would be taking 8 - 12 hours and would be $1500+ to install ($150 an hour?). I told him the lift takes novices 6 hours. Novices with no / little experience. He says I have no idea what i'm talking about.
He said that one front side alone takes 3 hours.
I go back and forth with them explaining each email verbatim as i have now pulled them back up going over what I sent and they said that they "only got the attachment for the front end" when it clearly showed both attachments and the link to
the products in the very first email. Ridiculous. They "couldn't find" the first email with the website link.
So since they had my truck and it would be another 3 hour waste to go get it.... I said ok, lets split the difference i'll pay you $1k to just be done, you can earn a new customer blah blah. They didn't care, I told them I enjoyed dealing with them thus far and they had great reviews (they do not have good reviews, I saw the bad reviews but i went anyways. Shame on me)
I just said that. No dice.
So i'm picking / have picked up by now my truck and will look for a more respectable shop. Not posting this until I have my truck.
I have installed a lift on a Land Rover, and could install this lift. However I'm in an apartment w/ none of my tools / jacks that I once had (and its freezing outside). I wanted to take it, pay, and have it done. Is that to much to ask?
My rant is over and hopefully I helped someone not go to ECOH 4x4
