Eibach Pro-truck lift

Eibach springs up front! I just installed my SPC's and got my alignment done at Toytec so I had about an hour drive there and back. I think that you would be happy with the ride bumping up a clip.. the lowest setting was still a little bit soft IMO. Lost a tiny bit of up travel but nothing major. I'll attach some pics.

Don't use the third clip up though lol. I tried it for grins and it definitely looks cool but its a rough ride and the CV's are pushed a little too far, again, IMO. If I remember correctly, it was about 24.25 inches from center hub to top fender

We're now working on a height adjustable setup for the rear that will also allow you to choose spring rate. Perfect for the guy who's really overloading the back end of their rig and wants a specific height.

Yeah, I think it's good they take time off. I have no problem waiting. I deal with enough people at my work that have to have everything immediately. We call this one client the land of the ASAPs. In the meantime I've been looking at wheels. I'm digging the SCS Ray10s or the Fuel SHOK D664.

Appreciate that! We also took that time to completely overhaul our entire warehouse (70,000sqft..300,000 springs)) to improve shipping efficiency.

It looks to have a slight amount of reverse rake but that was just a quick glance from 2feet away. I will measure and throw up some pics when the weather is better and I can get some pics.

Both setups appear to be comparable in price. Does anyone have thoughts on comparing the Eibach kit to the billys with coils? I was looking for a 2-2.5 level lift with no need for UCAs. I occasionally go wheeling but mostly commuting so ride quality is a priority.

I would say they are nearly identical. I love the eibach more than the bilsteins I’ve had in the past. Having an apples to apples comparison on this model, I can’t say. I had the bilsteins on my 2006 and it rode well. I think the eibach are tuned better for a more reactive ride. Feels like stock but less spongy. Either way you can’t go wrong. Both will give you what you are looking for and preform better than stock. Just keep the eibach on the lowest setting to avoid the uca replacement. Also with both kits I would recommend a 1/4” spacer for the driver side if you have the lean. It will level it out perfect.

I appreciate it - I picked up a 16 TE w/ KDSS and I have the itch to get it lifted. Have you had a chance to notice any sag with heavy items in the back? How many hours did the install take you?

Install took me about 3.5 hours with a few breaks to deal with the kids. I bought mine pre assembled because I needed new strut mounts cause one was bad. So I paid bilstein lifts to assemble them. The rear springs are better than factory and longer. I don’t notice a lot of sag. I’m sure there is sag when you load it down but I haven’t notice a big difference when I throw hunting and camping gear in. Usually around 200-300lbs in the back with the seats laying flat. I don’t have a bumper or anything heavy added to the vehicle either.

I know a lot of people put aftermarket springs on bilsteins, but when I talked to them they said if you put anything other than the factory spring on it they would not warranty them. Eibach said put what ever spring you want on there. You can get the eibach shocks separately and order the Toytec or old man emu or dobinsons front coils.

I think you got some bad info there. I just read the warranty. No where does it say that you must pair the struts with factory springs for the warranty to be valid. Plus how would bilstein know? If you buy a bare strut you return a bare strut for warranty. There’s no way to tell what spring was used.

Okay, so I read the 12 pages and it seems that this is a on road kit, correct me if I am wrong, that will make road traffic better. Has anyone used this kit with a steel rear bumper? I just bought a 19 Off road prem, and I am looking to lift it, but I plan on adding skids, front w/ winch and rear bumpers, and some rock sliders. The only off roading I do is dirt and sand so no real rock crawling, mostly overlanding stuff.

Are the front shocks height adjustable in the Pro Kit? I see that individual Eibachs are noted to be but I don't see if the shocks in the kit are height adjustable.

I am planning for a Gobi/ SSO rack and SSO front bumber in the future. The Eibach Pro setup sounds like it can handle it.

Thanks, I just wanted to confirm. I am debating between a 1.6ish/1 setup and 2.5/1 setup now. I guess it just comes down to preference.

Going to start at the 2.7 setting. Will figure out the tires after I know the alignment is good. Keeping the Stock TRD rims with 255,265 or 275. Leaning to BFG in 255 75 17.
