I am thinking this will be my next lift if I don't like the one I bought. I have always liked this kit and there were a few things that made me hesitate. I am interested to see what's in store for the new rears, but I will have a few years before I am looking for another lift.

You can also have them assemble the struts with new hats for a nominal fee. If your into thst.

I had no issue leaving the hat installed on the truck and compressing the strut using the lower control arm.

Eibach is 2.75 front 1" rear = level
Toytec 3 front 2"rear = level
how does one say 1.75" is level and other 1".
I have the toytecs for front as I want a fully adjustable setup and not have to pull the struts to do so. I have the Eibach rear springs as only wanted 1" rear.
I have not installed yet and know I can work it out with the from adjusters but trying to figure out if 1" or 1.75" will level the front. Yep lazy but figure to ask to save time adjusting the coils on the ride, thanks

I think the discrepancy lies how the companies take their level measurements.
If you put a level on the frame rail, then the Toytech 3/2 will be level. However, even with this lift, the 4Runner still has design cues that make it look like it has factory rake. Front fenders will still be lower than the rears, the window lines will slope down from the rear to the front, ect....
If you measure from the center of your hubs to the bottom of your fender, then the Eibach lift will give you an even measurement both front and back, making the truck appear level in stance.

Thanks, so Toytec levels the frame to ground and Eibach levels the fenders to the center hub? I'll have to find picts of the toytech, seems Eibach might be little nose high, just appears to be level. I'll probably start out at 2" with the fronts and can always adjust it

Yep, you can do that.
I was skeptical about looking butt-saggy when I bought the kit, but after installation, I think it makes the truck look perfect. Even if the frame is level, the body still appears to have a slight rake at both the roofline and fenders.
You might want to install the kit and then see how you feel about a rear spacer. It would be super easy to add later.

If you do center of hub to fender measurement, most 4runners are 1.75" lower in the front (Pros and Limiteds excluded).
So the 4Runner will appear level (fender lines will be level front and rear) with the Eibach kit.
Some look nose high just because of the angles of the pictures taken of them. It's not easy to find perfectly level ground to take a perfectly level picture. You can make a raked vehicle look nose high in a picture.
