Does anyone have an embroidery file for this forum's logo, the one used for the window decals and so on?

That would be great, thanks. I saw a nice Toyota ballcap with the oval logo offset to one side and adding the forum logo would make for a really sharp hat.

I don't have the machine but there are many local shops that will take the digitized file and put it on whatever you like. The Lids hat store for example.
If you can do a file, I'll send you one of the finished hats for your trouble.
I'll take a pic of the hat next time I'm at the dealer. Can't find one online.

I PM'd [MENTION=165]momo.75[/MENTION] about getting a clean image that will fit on a ballcap, which I should have thought of to begin with since he sells the T4R decals. Will let you know what he says.

Update: momo.75 is on it and will be back in touch once he has a chance to set something up that will look good on a hat.
What that means is that the logo as it appears at the top left of the forum is too long, so he's looking at having the T4R over the .ORG, which will be a bit smaller so it's the same width as the top part.
I'm hoping to get to town today (yeah, we live in the boonies) and will buy one of the hats so I can post a pic. I'll also call Lids and get the file type they need. I'm pretty sure I know from a previous project but will verify.
Keep in mind that you certainly don't have to get the hat I have my eye on, it's just the one that appeals to me. Once we have the digitized file, you can have the logo put on whatever you like.
Anything I get done will be free (to JBurt and momo.75 for helping) or at cost so there are no issues with monetary gain from use of the logo. Frankly, I'm not looking to become a hat broker so hopefully we'll be able to share the digitized logo and people can get whatever they want made on their own.

Here's the hat, which I bought for $15.95 at Cherokee County Toyota. Using the P/N, TO002-800, I found it online here for $14.95. Ironically, considering Nissan's sedan line, Toyota calls this the Maxima cap.
FYI, IMO at least, the mesh part is softer, and a tighter/smaller weave pattern, than the so-called "trucker's hat" or "gimme cap."

[MENTION=165]momo.75[/MENTION] is the man. He was kind enough to help get this "stacked" version of the forum logo together. We need it this way to fit on the front of a hat.
He's also the one behind the awesome forum decals, and if you order one, be patient. The guy's got plenty on his plate.
I've sent the file to [MENTION=84643]JBurt[/MENTION]. Next step is to get the logo in the embroidery file format (.dst). Then I'll get the hat finished and post it here.

[MENTION=84643]JBurt[/MENTION], the T4R logo momo.75 did is wider than it is high, so I think make it about 2.5" wide and that will work well as long as it doesn't end up being more than about 2 1/4" high. Does that make sense?

When I put it straight into my program without changing the size it is 30mm tall and 67mm wide. So if that's the size of the file you want I can pm or email it to you. My wifes machine can change the size sometimes, but I don't know what Lidz can do. If you want it a specific size just let me know the dimensions for the hat.
Once I know the final dimensions I can put it through a test run and you can see if you like it.

Okay, I measured it out and what you have looks to be about right in terms of the proportions. 67mm x 30mm = 2.67 in x 1.18 in and Lids says they can enlarge or reduce it as needed.
Can you put a thin border on it? The colors don't matter, it just has to be there. That leaves the option to have it one color or to have a colored border if desired. No worries if not.
