I owned a 2011 SR5 that I loved. Traded for a 2013 SR5 (got my interest cut in half and payment down significantly!) with 3rd row and Entune/navigation system and just found out that the apps don't work with the iPhone. All other phone features work, but not the apps. Anyone has information about this issue?

Make sure the app is downloaded and running on your phone. You'll need to create an account and might have to do that online (I can't remember). It also needs to be connected via USB and entune apps won't work via Bluetooth.
Thank you for your suggestions. I did the online registration and app download on the phone as well. Phone features and Bluetooth work fine. Internet and the apps don't work. I tried connecting my friend's iPhone 4S and everything works with the 4S. It is just with the iPhone 5. I hope they figure this out!

You have to have it connected through the USB and then open the entune app.

I am able to use the Apps without being connected via the USB cable. The link below provides instructions that worked for me. You need to change a few Entune settings and make sure that you have the Personal Hotspot turned on in the Settings of your iPhone. I had to have my cell carrier (Verizon) enable the Hotspot feature on my phone.
