Entune Audio Plus displays private call when making calls

I have a 2014 SR5 w/ the Entune Audio Plus system. When I receive a call the name and phone number of the caller display fine. However, when I make a call it will only display private call. I have a Droid Turbo phone. Anyone else have this issue? Any ideas on how to correct this?

2014 TEP and Galaxy S6 works just fine. It shows my caller ID info exactly the same whether I'm calling from my phone directly or via BT in the 4Runner. I'd check your account setup on your phone provider to see what CID info you're set to send from your phone.
