Entune Bluetooth skipping.

What type of 'hiccups'? Would you mind explaining the scenario in a text 'picture'?

What version of entune, phone, phone os are you on?

You may need a mysterious dealer Entune update, you may need to reset your headunit or bluetooth connection, or may have a phone issue to deal with.

With the latest ios app update, authentication is now required more option as the mobile session expires, but I have noticed better initial connections from car start.

The head unit screen flash a black screen for a second, about every minute. And the audio goes out for about a second as well. Which is noticeable when listening to podcasts, as it sounds like the conversation gets muted. When this happens with music playing - it just sounds as if the song skips ahead a second.

iPhone 7plus with most recent iOS 11 update. I will have to check the Entune version tomorrow.

Mine skips a split second ahead sometimes randomly. It also has started randomly skipping songs in the middle of a song sometimes. Doesn't happen every day, but has happened several times in the last month or so. Iphone is up to date, and have deleted and re-paired the bluetooth connection since. When I use the phone to skip songs, it happens almost instantaneously, but using the steering wheel usually has lag, sometimes up to 5 seconds or maybe a little more before it changes songs. Sometimes it will swap to the next song, only to switch back to the one I was on, like I hit back instead of next song.
