Entune Navigation Favorite Contacts Disappearing

Hey all, I have a '16 TEP with the Entune Navi system. Every now and then, the contacts in my favorites list keeps disappearing. It's a daily driver so battery drain is out of the picture. Anyone else have this issue? The phone is an iPhone6s Plus. TIA.

This happens to me all the time with my '14 SR5P. I've given up on reentering the contacts because they are gone whenever I try to access them. Haven't done anything with the battery or electrical system that would cause the memory to be reset. I'm not losing the 4 speed dial numbers or anything in the navigation unit.

Would love to figure out the solution to this.

Same here. Tired of entering them.
They do, however, stay on the main home screen - where you can only store up to 4 favorites.

I plan to see about the software update some have mentioned on here the next time i'm in for service.

This has happened to me before. The one common thing I have noticed that causes this is when I sync a different phone to the system. If I have the contacts saved from my personal phone but then sync my work cell, it erases the contacts from the favorites screen.

I am the sole driver of my car and my work cell has its bluetooth disabled. It doesn't happen frequently but i'd say once a month. Drives me insane. I have tried disabling the auto transfer to see if that'll do anything. I guess I'll keep everyone posted in about a month from now lol

Happened to me also. Same phone but I inadvertently untethered it. When I reestablished the connection between my phone and the Runner, it treated it like a new phone and wiped everything.

About 2 weeks ago I disable the auto contact transfer and I haven't had an issue with Entune rebooting.
