Entune Premium Erratic FM Reception

8/221update:
The dealership did some troubleshooting and was stumped. They claim they never saw this issue before so they ordered a new entune premium headunit which solved the problem. Other than having to resync my phone and redo a bunch of settings, all functions work fine. Nothing like an issue never seen before.

My 2019 has an odd issue with FM reception. Sometimes it's fine and other times it sounds like it's off frequency or just weak and staticky. I can be sitting in one spot and 1 minute it's bad, even local stations, and then the signal might snap in with great reception. It seems random and I can't figure out if it's under certain conditions or not. Any one else?

Mine does that too, and it's annoying. I think it's going from Analog to (HD) Digital. Personally I think the HD radio and satellite sound tinny.

Are you in an area of a lot of hills or forests? Sounds like it's coming in and out of HD radio. Try turning off the HD radio, so it doesn't automatically switch to HD every time is finds it.

Its flat as a pancake where I am in Florida and it doesn't come in or out. When I turn on FM, irregardless if it's as soon as I start the engine or switch over from USB or CD, it's either good or bad. Usually when it's bad, it MIGHT switch to good reception. Turning of HD makes mo difference. But when it's good, it stays good. It's the same without the engine running. And it happens no matter where the car is located: different cities, moving, sitting. Fortunately, I dont often listen to the radio.
