I have been chasing exhaust issues for a while now and am out of ideas. I am getting P2198, o2 sensor stuck rich, bank 2, sensor 1.
I originally had a P0051 heater circuit. So I replaced both AFR sensors. But then I got the stuck rich code. I've had an exhaust leak from that bank so I replaced the exhaust manifold. I have 225k miles, and the replacement manifold has 99k miles. I inspected the manifold and it seems to be in good shape, no cracks or damage. I also replaced the gasket with a new fel pro one. I noticed the exhaust valve stems looked white. After replacing the manifold I am still getting the stuck rich code. I have also replaced the AFR sensor but that didn't fix it, and I am using Denso sensors. I have also replaced all spark plugs with the proper Denso ones and cleaned the MAF sensor. I am using the torque pro app and a bluetooth obd2 adapter.
I am out of ideas and have no idea what could still be wrong.
