Anyone here running a true dual or custom single in dual out exhaust setup? Is it even possible to run a dual out the back since the spare tires takes up alot of room? Looked on here and searched Google with no success with info or pics. Pics would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Doubtful. You have the fuel tank occupying the driver's side, and the driveshaft would get in the way of any rear crossover setup. If you just want a nifty looking dual exhaust look at the back I suppose you MIGHT be able to split it behind the rear axle and route around the spare tire, but I don't see any gain over just looks. Of course ANYTHING is doable if you throw enough money at it!

Quite a few people run what's called a Y-Pipe from the front cats down to a 3" exhaust pipe. A custom 3" exhaust and muffler can be installed past the OEM Y-Pipe, just past the 2nd cat's, or cat backs I believe they are called. You can use a custom Y-Pipe and a 3" exhaust pipe and muffler.
