So my exhaust is leaking in the back half and im replacing it and trying to find the right parts to purchase and im seeing these parts is this spot I labeled in red here a spot that needs to be welded because I looked under my own car and didnt see an area for screws,bolts, or clips and I wanted to know if it was possible to even do this with some tools and in a garage?

I welded 2 new flanges on the pipe with the 3 ends. The old flanges were rusted very thin. That pipe/cat is pretty expensive to replace. A picture of yours and where the issue is would be helpful.

When in Rome...i want to cut my resonator off v6 so bad and put a turn down eventually...its almost angled a tad down from where shop welded end section back on afyer muffler. My dad think any modification to exhaust I'll fail fascist MA inspection. I had cat back on my wrx and was wondering of people think itd be an issue??

Those are Firestone Destination A/T2 or LE2. I have the LE2 and overall do not like them. They were on it when I bought it. They are smaller than the stated size - my 265/70/17 measure 30.6" instead of 31.6" - speedometer and GPS verified these as undersized. They do not have good rain or winter traction. They do wear very slowly though. I have 38,000 miles on mine and still at 10/32" (5/16") tread. Lightweight as well. Decent cheap tires.
His look like A/T2's though, so those may be better.
Yea I think it was worth the extra money for the AT’s because they came with the car and I’m not a highway man so much myself so I chose the all terrains

That exhaust does not look like mine, that's an odd setup you have North of the rear cat. Looks like a muffler shop may have done some welding there. The back section could probably be bodged together with pieces you can buy but the tail pipe is actual quite cheap to buy from Rockauto. I was going to bodge my tailpipe but it basically fell apart when I removed it.
Hard to tell if there's a flange at your existing muffler's outlet, but it does look modified. Here's what the OEM style replacement (Walker brand) looks like

Best bet is to purchase a new catback exhaust that is designed for these vehicles. Then, Take it to an exhaust shop and have them cut off what's being replaced - mount the new parts - then weld on a flange that will to align with the newly installed parts.
That will approximately restore the factory flange location close enough that the catback and y-pipes can likely be replaced with factory-compatible parts in the future. Any exhaust shop should be able to do this.

Ouch, that's some fabrication there. Sadly the fix looks costly unless you can do most of it yourself.
I guess you have to learn the hard way.
