exporting 4runner from US to Canada - Immobilizer and DRL's

Are these standard on all 4g 4runners?

I am looking to import a US 4runner to canada. canada import requires these items for compliance with Canada standards.

1) Are immoblizers standard on all 4runners? and is there a clear way of telling (eg. diagnostic light that comes on at engine startup? or dash indicator?)

2) From viewing the forums, it looks like DRL's are optional. What's the quickest way to tell? Apparently there will be a DRL marking on the headlamp/parking lamp assembly. that is sufficient for import.

Engine immobilizer (transponder chip key) is standard. Anti-theft features like the horn honking if a door is forced open are standard only on the Limited trim level.

DRL's are optional. I'm not aware of any marking or indication that would show that DRL's are installed other than turning on the key with the parking brake off.

I thought it was the case. the headlamps are makred DRL, which apparently Canadian inspection accepts as DRL.
