Yep, you can swap the front links to the rear for longer links. The 2nd Gen links will also work on the front. This is a cheap way to lengthen your links, but they're not going to be any stronger.

Just for further clarification, are you saying to put 2nd gen fronts or 2nd gen rears on the front?

Center to center on the bushings is 6 1/4 inches.

Sounds like you're saying from between the top and bottom bushings, 6 1/4". If so, basically from the sway bar to the eyebolt.
Energy Suspension uses the distance of the sleeve basically, as seen here:

Their longest look to be 4 1/2". Yours would look to be 5" inches...

I think it's the 4 1/2. The washer and bushing adds about an inch to each side. I tightened mine down pretty well.

I went with the 4 1/4" for the rear links. I was wondering if the 4 1/2" ones would be fine for the fronts at just a quarter inch longer. The stock delta is one inch, as Mike stated earlier.

I'm finalizing a suspension build and was researching endlinks. From what I got on Rockauto here are the measurements for the 3rd gen and 2nd gen Moog links...
Sway bar endlinks Front 3rd Gen K90681 6.968 in.
Sway bar endlinks Rear 3rd Gen K90619 3.897 in
Sway bar endlinks Front 2nd Gen K80565 5.890 in.
Sway bar endlinks Rear 2nd Gen K80380 7.952 in.
They list these when you go on the product page. According to this if you're doing 2nd gen rear on 3rd gen rear they're about 4" longer which may be too much. Based on these numbers (and others' advice/experience) I'm going with 2nd gen rears for my fronts (I get 1" there) and 3rd gen fronts on my rears (I get 3" there). Hope this helps some.

That's exactly what I did for my truck that is lifted about 2". It worked out very well.
Finally! Man this wasn't easy info to get to. Haha I will be trying this too, OME 880/906. Should be the last piece of the puzzle for my suspension refresh. Thank you for getting all those measurements, that's very helpful.
