Factory Diff Fluid, Regular or Synthetic?

I am trying to determine when I am going to change out the rear diff fluid in my 2010 SR5 and would like to know which type is used from the factory. I am at 22k and if it's conventional gear lube I will change it out soon, if synthetic I may wait a bit longer. The manual is confusing as usual. Thanks.

FRONT DIFFERENTIAL
Standard
Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent
1.35 to 1.45 liters (1.43 to 1.53 US qts, 1.18 to 1.27 Imp. qts.)

w/ A.D.D. (Automatic Disconnecting Differential)
1.50 to 1.60 liters (1.59 to 1.69 US qts, 1.32 to 1.40 Imp. qts.)

REAR
Standard
Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent
2.65 to 2.75 liters (2.80 to 2.91 US qts, 2.33 to 2.42 Imp. qts.)

w/ Differential Lock
Toyota Genuine Differential gear oil LT 75W-85 GL-5 or equivalent
2.60 to 2.70 liters (2.75 to 2.85 US qts, 2.29 to 2.38 Imp. qts.)

All the same, change it out anyway. Dino or syn it will be filled with metal shavings from break in.

I change my vehicles rear differential oil out after the first 5k miles. I've found that by that time, there's a significant amount of metallic shavings suspended in the fluid. I usually do the front differential around 10k and do the T-Case at the same time.

What kind of fluid are you guys running in there? When I had my Infiniti, a lot of people recommended the Severe Gear Oil from Amsoil, albeit quite pricey (and for a G35 application).
