Factory Spoiler

I took the 4 Runner out yesterday afternoon in the rain to test out disabling the traction control. I have the 05 spoiler (aftermarket) and the rain was being pushed down the back window. I was actually quite amazed at how well it worked.

Gravity "pushes" the rain down my back window, with or without the spoiler!:D :D It's amazing, but true!

Actually, Gravity PULLS the rain (along with everything else) down.

Since he said PUSHES, I'm going to assume he meant the airflow redirected downward by the spoiler was what Pushed the water drops.

Um...yeah, that's why I used quotation marks on the work 'pushes'

But thanks for the input anyway...

4Runner looks way better w/ the spoiler. Very ugly without it.

My spoiler indeed does keep the rear glass dry when I'm driving in the rain.

I just added the rear spoiler and all I have to say is that it lifted up my vehicle over 6" and now has more articulation in the suspension too. I don't know how this happened, but the spoiler does work. KIDDING :hello:
