So I brough my truck in for the headlight TSB and my friend at toyota asks if i need a loaner, sure I said do you still have the 2 left over land cruisers in the back? He says sure do, which one ya want to drive silver or black? Black please! Pulled out of the dealer, got 5 min from home called him and said make it happen! I was going to need tires and HATED how skinny the 20's were so what to do? I purchased the 2011 Land Cruiser, Black with 2 tone tan and dark mocha interior with 11 miles on it, fully loaded with everything. The deal I got was wayyyyy to good to pass up being I've always wanted one anyway & I finally secured one. First impressions....HOLY SH!T, leaps and bound in terms of fit/ finish/comfort/ and that 5.7L V8 is AWESOME. First mod done already, had the dealer remove the 3rd row seating for me prior to delivery. I will post pics soon, I picked it up today and came right to work and then camping all weekend, but I'll get around to it. You guys are a real fun bunch and wanted to thank you for all the great info each one of you provided. I'll make sure the pictures I take are better then Antmans too, I am also selling the console vault that I had if anyone's interested. I guess it's off to Ih8mud.com for more fun.

Plenty of space around here for your LC. I for one would love to see one lifted on some mud tires. If I could talk the wife into it we would have one.

I had one about 20 yrs ago and liked a lot about it. Did not like trying to make the 6cyl in-line engine pull that giant rig. But a V8, and a big one at that is a great idea.

Awesome. That's my dream vehicle and hopefully my next one. But not until my kids are older and not beating the crap out of the interior.

Many Congratulations! I would trade my 4runner in any day for one of those LC, but money is an issue for a vehicle of that magnitude. Enjoy it and please post some pictures!

Congrats on LC! Funny that we can't buy them here in Canada.
I guess Toyota don't bring LC here to keep us completely happy with 4Runners : )

Congatulations!

My dream ride since I was a little lad :). Too bad Toyota Canada does not offer LC. Toyota(Lexus) wants us to spend more by offering only LX570. :(

Enjoy your new ride and hopefully you'll share some pictures.

Cheers!

I'd say my "First" stretch rig was a Land Cruiser, I saw it. I drove it - I bought it.
Had a Land Cruiser and a Lexus LX 470 - Both nice rigs.
Congrats Enjoy!
