i have a 94 3.0 5 spd 4x4 4runner, had it for like 6 months, fell inlove with it.....
today i drove a 97 sr5 limited, wow night and day, so much power. e-locker is so bad ass....so now im selling my 94 to buy that 97 moving on up

my dd is a ford focus, its quick, and i also had a old cherokee sport that was running onlike 4 cylinders, then i got the 3.0, did the vafm swap woke it up a little and used it liek that for a 6 months, right now its just parked, just use it to go to the dunes...but on the way home from work i saw the 97 for sale, 225k on it guy is asking 2700 obo...i turned it on, checked that all windows went down, checked for leaks. small leak on the rear diff. no body work done to it. took it out for a spin, tried 4l, 4h, locked diff, lite up tires with locked diff got it up to 40 miles within a block......all it needs is tires, they are pretty sun baked..but that 3.4 is a sweet engine...i hope the other one sells fast so i can get this one if not ill be on the hunt for a 3.4 4runnner
