Fender Flare?

Does anybody make a nice aftermarket fender flare for a 99 4 runner?
The one i am looking to buy, has them taken off so the wheels wont rub and im looking to see if i can get something different for it.

Before I got my 04 SR% I had a 2000 without flares. I put on XENON flares. They rock!
