Can the fender lining modification be done with the wheels and tires on? or best to remove? How long does it take? Thinking of adding 285s to my trail with stock suspension.
You'll want to keep the wheels/tires on to see where you'll be rubbing. Turn the wheel in and out to see where your tire is going to hit the liner. If it can't be moved forward, then you'll have to cut.
