No ETA right now. We are going to be offering all 3 styles of mud flaps. The full length mud flap, Mid length mud flap and the short stubby flare cap.
I am hoping to catch up with work this month and have an opportunity to finish up the molds

[MENTION=147936]marcus clarkus[/MENTION] I finally put these on I got from you last year lol. Turned out great . I ended up cutting off one of the mounting points bc the tires rub there at times but still seem very secure with just two mounting points.

Mine are still half painted, hanging up in the garage... I'll get 'em installed at some point! (before I install the sliders - gotta make sure there is clearance)
Funny thing is, I have a 3D printer sitting right outside my office at my new job... I'm not yet comfortable seeing if I can do any personal projects on it (especially since I'm electrical, not mechanical).

Is it possible you could scan and print a portion of the limited style flares? The small lower portion on the bumper on my drivers side broke off when I hit a turkey in my way to work, it was just the brackets on the inside that broke, not the housing it self.

Sorry man, I don't have a 3D scanner or the limited style flares. I had to outsource it to a guy with a scanner and pay him for the 3D file. I think the limited style flares aren't too hard to obtain (junkyard or toyota parts dealer) so that would probably be the easiest route for you to go to have it fixed.

What's the minimum print area needed and how much filament? Considering buying a 3d printer to do this and want to make sure I get the right setup.

76622-39395 is not for the Sport Model. If you have the black flares, the extentions (mudflaps) for those were discontinued years ago.
