cool!!! more than welcome to treat you guys some nice cool drinks!!! yea, i have a customer came by last week and he has a SE silver color, with almost full Jaos gear. looks so nice, but when it comes to the price tag, ouch!!! i'm not sure if he's a member of the forum yet. but definitely he has a very sweet ride!!!!
when you come by, ask for me and mention bout this forum, :biggrin2: :biggrin2:

lawwailok,

Gonna take you up on your offer in the wrong time of the year (during winter). J/K. I'm more happy to support a fellow member's business and stop by on the trips home from Tahoe this winter. Besides my friend likes TapEx a lot, so more incentive for me to visit. Do you also have the fried chicken too? I'd better stop, getting hungry and off topic now.

For the rest of local members (Sac and Bay Area), if you guys don't ski or snowboard, let's go snowmobiling then. Riding a sled is on my "to do" list for this winter too. :)

Ok will do. I think others are interested as well.....I know Uneek is a snow enthusiast so maybe we can get a trip planned.....and even you could get a day off....

Haha, enthusiast might be an understatement. I'm an addict. :) The season ended 2-3 months ago and I'm already looking foward to it even though summer has just begun. Partly I have my friend to blame, he's already initaiting the group buy for season passes.

Snowmobiling is where its at. I pretty much gave up snowboarding when i got a sled. You learn fast that waiting in lift lines sucks ass when you can get to any mountain you can get your sled up. Fresh lines all day long. Uneek, you ever gone sledding before? If not...do it, you'll have a new favorite sport.

No, I haven't. My cousin's done it and he says it's a friggin blast. :)

I'm a Vertical Plus member at Northstar, so waiting in line doesn't happen often, since there's a seperate line for V+ members and I move near the front pretty fast. Of course, I can't utilize V+ when I go with friends who aren't season pass holders with V+. I got more friends on board this year for season passes... but I'm going to try and get them to go sledding with me too. The other thing that sucks aside from the lines are the cluster f**ks of people that block the runs/trails.

Believe me GYoter, when the funds are available, a sled and/or a quad will definately be my new sport. I know my body won't hold up with boarding forever, but I'm a winter person, so there will have to be another way to enjoy the fluffy snow. Cold weather doesn't scare me, only the heat does. Can't wait til the heat is gone and winter rolls around.

Awesome, thank you for extending the invitation to your store. I'm in the Bay Area, not too far away from you guys.

Looking forward to hopefully meet more members this winter who are snow lovers like me. :)

Yeah, It really is all the gapers that suck. Flatstar is a fun mountain but the amount of stupid people blocking runs is thru the roof. We call it the Human Slalom trying to take the main runs down towards the lodge. The overhead on getting into sledding is definitely high, but you can find a good(capable) used sled for pretty reasonable. But its still gonna cost a few thousand plus a trailer. Best few thousand you'll ever spend! Then there's gas....:bash:
