fj coils trd shocks spacer recommendation

I just bought fj coils with 2k miles on them and want to add spacers when i do the swap. This on a 2008 sr5 v6.

What sizes would you recommend to get about 3/2 lift with spacers and coils a little more preferably than less.

I was looking at every picture on this site and see that everyone seems to get different gains from the coils. I have seen 2.5/1.5 that look nose high to me and some that look great so I am confused. Does this have to do with the fact pics taken right after before front settled on some and not on others? I want about 1 inch of rake but also do not want to end up much below 3/2 total lift after settling. I will be getting aftermarket rims and 285/70/17 tires.

So would you go with the 2.5/1.5 or 2/1.5 and hope to get 1" from coils in front and .5" from coil in rear.

Any other sizes please let me know such as 3/2 which i think will be too much lift causing other problems, or 2.5/2 would be good if the springs settle alot.

Help! I obviously have forum thread reading overload! Lol

Thank You!

With a 2.5" lift in the front (not counting FJ coils), you'll be over 3" lift which is pushing it IMO. My suggestion is Dougtoms01's setup with your FJ coils.
Daystar Budget Boost front spacer-2" lift, maybe slightly less
Daystar 1.5" rear spacer-1.5" lift
Front FJ coils-1" lift
Rear FJ coils-.25"-.5"
You'll end up right at or maybe a tad bit under the 3/2 mark, but it'll be so close you won't be able to tell the difference. The good news is that this setup is very affordable, the spacers can be purchase from 4wheelparts for about $80 shipped.

I have this setup and love it

Not trying to hijack the thread here, but anyone know where I can get a set of FJ Coils front and rear? I had a set coming from Toyotatrd parts that were takeoffs with less than 50 miles on them but they cancelled my order becasue they said they couldn't verify whther the springs were off a 4x4 or not, so now I'm in the market again. I've posted on the FJ Forum and searched eBay but no luck as of yet. Any help would be much appreciated, got a 2.5/1.5 ready to go on just want to swap the coils while I'm at it.

oh i got them for 240 which included shipping by contacting the seller. probably paid too much but I have no patience lol good luck on your search
