FJ rims on a blizzard pearl

Does it deserve it's own thread? Probably not, but w/e.

I added some FJ cruiser rims to my limited and the look is growing on me. I'm not sure which direction I want to take with the tires, but I'll figure that out soon.

Same style as the 4Runner TE wheels. The only difference is the paint color on the face. Looks good, though.

Remember how I said there was an option for a flower vase in one of the models? This is my mod to that. Beat that, Antman!

Definitely think it needs a little more meat on the tires, but I'm enjoying the 20mpg I'm at now. It's about 1mpg better than the stock 20s.

Looks good, agree with the need for more rubber. Didn't know those wheels existed, where did you get them from? Are they the same price as the TE version?

I got them from someone on here (Ducmonsta). They were fresh off of a new FJ and in perfect condition. I almost bought a set of the rims from CL locally, but his "perfect condition" listing really meant scratched and marred. I held off buying those and these came along recently. I think the pewter look will come together a little better once I get around to blacking out some of the chrome.
