Fog and Turn signal Removal

I've read through several threads describing 03-05 fog and turn assy. removal, and it says that I need to remove the bolts and slide the turn out first. Problem is that I'm unable to get the turn out. It won't budge. Any suggestions?

If memory serves (please correct me if I'm wrong), after removing the 2 screws, the turn signal "snaps" or slides out. I remember taking a screw driver and tapping it (from the rear of it) until it came loose.

Correct, this is what you need to do to properly remove the marker/fogs on the 03-05 T4rs....
