Fog light question

I have a 1999 4runner limited and I bought new fog bulbs to realize my fog lights dont even work... I was planning on buying aftermarket fog lights but i dont want to pay 150+ for a replacement. Im willing to pay for some small pods and put them in but paying that much for fogs is a bit rediculous. Does anyone know what I need to buy and about how much itl cost?

I do not know the quality of aftermarket fogs. They may not focus properly and even worst may dazzle the oncoming car. Also think about mounting. If you have factory fogs, go with those. They are bright and will do the job right.

Just fix the existing. Will save you the headache of mounting
