Fog light shortage?

My fog light bulbs went out & I replaced them with the Sylavnia Silverstar H3st's. They came on and now it's like they shorted out. I can hear the circuit switch go off but no lights coming from the fogs. Fuze?

Not sure what you mean by hearing the circuit switch go off, but you are more than likely hearing the relay, if anything. But there is a fog lamp fuse, you should check it. I'm betting if you DO hear the relay clicking, that the bulbs you bought are not any good. Or you did not connect them properly. Maybe you could check the fuse first, then get back to us.
