Forrrrest's build/introduction

Ya after I got all done my neighbor poked over and said "hey you want to use my pulled!?!?"
Dooooh where was he an hour ago!? I've removed them on other vehicles no problem but for some reason the just wouldn't budge on the runner...

Ohh man I bet that was fun Ehh?

Something that works for me is to hit the seat where the post goes in. Don't hit the threads but it loosens it up for some reason :)

I used a sledge hammer and an air hammer, but neither worked for me. I tried everything but an actual puller.

Well guys the voddoo hex is back......I believe I received a faulty pressure plate when I swapped my clutch and all that good stuff. Either that or the machine shop effed up my flywheel. I've put 2,000 miles on it and I have so much chatter and can here the disc unevenly grabbing the flywheel also rough engagement.

I will be pulling it probably next month and taking measurements of the fingers and flywheel surface. Before you say anyhing yes I installed it properly. I've done plenty of clutches with out a problem. At least I'll be able to warranty them....

But onto some good news. I have all my lift EXCEPT my front eibach springs but i talked to toytec yesterday and said I should see them by Thursday. Thank goodness my preggo gf couldn't handle my horrible bouncy painful ride anymore. Can't wait to finally be sitting tall!!

No pics of the runner buuuuuut I'm sooooo ecstatic I'm having a little boy!!!!
I hope this doesn't count as child porn

well i have finally gotten my toytec eibach springs off of back order and will be installing them this upcoming weekend. I know a few of you that are going to be extremely jealous of my free e-locker 3rd. It came into my work a few years back the tech pulled it out and took it home.

I asked him about it earlier this week and he ended up going with an arb set up and said, hey ya know what, im not going to ever use this so I'll bring it in and you can just HAVE it.

he told me it needs new bearings so i will be attempting my first differential re-build and re-gear. i will be buying the parts from inchworm and also going with a set of 4.88's for the front and rear. this will be sometime down the road. I still have to install the lift, do tundra brake upgrade, tear down the rear end for bearings and seal, and pull my trans out again to go warranty that pressure plate and disc

So i believe its time for a little update
I installed my lift about a month ago. I was waiting sometime to post up a pic to let it settle down some so you can get a good feel for it. I installed toytech/eibach with tundra 5100s for the rear i decided to get brand new 94 LC coils pared with 5125 bilsteins.

The install went really well. No prying of the controll arms what so ever. All i did was loosen all the control arm bolts and they slide right in. I ran into one problem wih my driveshaft. I started to get some serious vibrations and play in it so I sent it off to drive line services and all is swell. It does make me wonder aboit my pinion angles, I just really need to measure them and see if they are still with in spec.

Anyways onto pics and measurement.
Fully settled suspension
Hub to fender
RF=23"
LF=23"
RR=24 1/2
LR=24 7/8
It sit exactly how i wanted it. Now I just need me some 315/75s

I really love the look of black wheelers but its way to damn hard to keep the paint nice!!! Both sides of my rig look like this. As some people call it redneck pin striping....
