Hi huntsonora,

I paid about $43,000+ for a 2012 Limited (one yr ago with a laundry list of options), then dealer regis/tags yada, yada, yada. Then, tack on a whopping 7% NJ sales tx (=$4,000), and your already @ 47-$48,000. That's fifty large right there.

He knocked several hundred off the back-end through haggling, but I lost my "Paying Cash" advantage, because none of the dealers around stocked a Blizzard pearl color, which was considered a "Special order".

But because I paid cash, I avoided paying any interest, so that alone brought the price down a HUGE bit. Still very glad I did it!!

Oh, didn't know that. That is a big difference; must be anticipating / including some of the mods planned as stated.

Outstanding color. Nice looking truck. I wish my 4th gen was that color.

You can get that for 32k but check out a new one first because new may not be much more.

Not from CarMax, they're a no haggle or negotiation.

Some of the mods would be lift, Gobi rack & ladder, sliders, skids, tires, etc etc etc. It wouldn't be stock for long. All I can do it sit behind my laptop, eat opcorn: and watch people dump money into their trucks I don't have LOL.

And yes, I agree, I 100% wish my 03 was Salsa Red, I'm a complete sucker for that color. I can't wait to see what the updated 2014 will look like in Nautical Blue considering it is now a option along with 2 other colors.

Love me some Salsa red as well. Wish I chose that color when I had bought mine originally
