FOX DSC What setting do you use?

I was curious what others with Fox coilovers with DSC have tried for the compression settings. Personally I started with the low-speed compression at 1 click from fully soft and high-speed at 5 clicks from fully soft. I have since adjusted the low-speed to 3 and high-speed to 7 for daily driving and light off-roading.

When I go on a longer wheeling trip I drop the low-speed back down to 1 click, but I think 7 is still ideal for high-speed. When I went to Death Valley there was a 20 mile stretch of dirt road where I was going 60-80, and they performed awesome. It was definitely noticeable that I cheaped out and didn't have DSC for the rear though.

FYI I'm at stock weight, and around here 90% of the time it's bone dry with technical sections but often a chance to go fast in between.

Saw this the other day and wanted to chime in.

Too much variability in weight from truck to truck to say what is best from one to the other. I have them all the way around.

That said mine are middle and middle in town or "improved" dirt roads, soft and soft when crawling around, max and max when driving "fast" through whoop strewn roads. I have messed with them in most of these conditions and it's what works best for me.

They do make a quite a noticeable difference in handling, as they should for a premium shock.

I have been waiting 4 months for mine, got a phone call from supplier on Friday ladt week and said it would be another 3 weeks. I went with the Fox Ultimate Kit. For $3,500.00 i hope this set up will be a game changer!!! I dont like the way the truck rides at stock form-TRD-Off-Road. I hear the 2.5 Fox with DSC will be insane!!! Can you guys verify my hopes and dreams!!

I wonder the same thing and actually reached out to Fox for some reference material.. Unfortunately, they dint have much.

I was referred to this online video
Dual Speed Compression | Truck Technology | FOX which didn't help me much at all.

However, I feel like the settings I have it now is perfect for street driving. Problem is, I don't know what base is to make note of the settings. I guess, I can click counter clock wise and count that way.

I dont think many people have Fox to compare, I would like to get more information and preferred settings.

Hopefully others will share their input
991-GT3MJK they make 4runner specific rear 2.5's with DSC'S?!

Been installed for about 2 months, no complaints, yes you just have to play with the settings to dial it in. I love it, makes the truck handle like a German sports car. Steering wheel got stiffer and i feel way more confident at high speeds!!! Go Fox
