Front Bumper

Just wondering how many people would like the see the Outdoor Logic front bumper come back? I've been working with the former owner for over a year now on getting these back. I've taken over making the Drifter CB antenna mounts already, and I'm pushing for this. Might be able to offer this in a DYI kit, and maybe a weld together option once things get going.

I haven't got that far yet. I need to get the plans first, and get it off to my local cutter. I'll keep this thread updated as I progress.

I think that the hoops were what really made this design stand out, the hoops on other plate bumpers seem "squared off", when the headlight guards go straight across to the center hoop, on this old design the hoops went down to the center hoop, giving it a really mean look. I would be interested in one of these as a weld-together kit or as a whole built piece.

I love my ARB, so I'm probably not in line, but I did always like the mean stance of the hoops.

I was going to get some ODL sliders, loved the hybrid square inner tube with the round outers - but haven't been able to find that for a reasonable price.

There aren't enough wiy kits out there, at least not for 3rd Gens. I just wish we had some options for those of us that can hot glue them up and cut a lot of shipping/ labor costs.

Unfortunately, I have my mind made up on a [MENTION=93512]MojaveMadMan[/MENTION] style bumper, so eventually I'll attempt to make my own. I'd still like to see these come to fruition so that it would get other bumper builders some motivation to offer their own wiy bumpers. Always nice to have options to cut cost & wait times.
