Front Coilovers

I am looking to get front coils to solve two issues I have with my 4runner trail (nose dive and leveling).

What are the difference between these two coilovers? They both have Bilstein 5100 shocks. Is the ToyTec ones really worth the extra $300 and wahy?

The more expensive ones can be adjusted while on the vehicle. The high adjustable Bilsteins must be removed to be adjusted.

Dumb Question ... What additional height in the front will get you level? aka what do you need the coilovers set at?
