Mike I ordered the ones for the fronts for the rear and they work fine. Looks like $85 for bare metal or +$5 for paint.

I've shipped dozens of these shackle brackets sets to you all over the years. I finally had to rely on them to get me out of a mess I put myself into!

It definitely has two mounts. Don't see why you'd need more.

I just sent out a black set of brackets and have a set on hand that are primed and ready for shipment or paint/shipment. If anyone needs them:

Installed mine

Have you had issues with bending front frame to bumper mounts when using.
When I lift the d ring, it contacts the plate bumper mount before even coming halfway to parallel
