Front Grille Badging

Hi guys,

I want to attach a bdge to the fron grille.
To do that I need to reach behind the grille to tighten some nuts.
I opened the hood and there is this plastic cover that goes over it.
Anyone can tell me how to remove this so I can reach behind the grille?

There are push-in pins. They are small littel black circles. Push-em in and they pop out.

The large plastic piece is held on my clips. Just get a flat head screwdriver and pry them off.
