Front seat belt stuck retracted.

Im going to take the seatbelt apart mañana but I was wondering if anyone has had an issue like this.
It feels the same as when you slam on the brakes and the seatbelt locks in place for a sec. Only thing is that the driver seatbelt seemed to lock in place last night while it was parked.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Normally happens when you are off camber. The seat belt retracting device is an independent mechanical unit. When it's tilted, it will lock up. Try turning it upside down and then back to normal. It may reset it.
