Any other rust on the frame? I couldn't tell but I'm asssuming they boxed in the rusted area right? Has it been smoked in, do the heat and a/c work and you're in Cincinnati right?

The only rust I see outside of what I pictured is what I would call surface rust. The rust was grinded down and cut out. The truck is a non smoker, yes heat works, yes a/c works. Yes it is located in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Man I was just back home last week, may have my brother come and check it out if you're good with that. He lives in Florence but typically watches his kids and works nights so I'm not sure what his schedule is like. If you can PM me your number I can have him call you if that's cool.
